Job Title: Neurosurgery Sales and Marketing Manager Eastern Europe and Middle East. Hamburg based, Deutschland

Job Description:

Our client is a global leader in non-invasive neurosurgical treatments. The company is dedicated to improving patient lives by collaborating with physicians, medical institutions, academic researchers, and regulatory bodies worldwide.

They are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe, Turkey, and the Middle East. As the market develops, additional regions such as Africa and Central Asia may be included. This is a full-time, home-office position preferably with easy access to a major airport in Europe.

The role involves overall responsibility for marketing & sales plans in the region, primarily focusing on sales revenue, leading regulatory and reimbursement processes, and developing business collaborations with partners in the territory.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience with capital medical devices in the region
  • Preferred: Neurosurgery market experience
  • Experience developing sales channels via distributors
  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, entrepreneurial mindset
  • Result-driven with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently, using initiative to grow the market
  • Good time management and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global company

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define annual business goals for the region, including orders and sales, per quarter and per country
  • Build a pipeline of business opportunities for current and future years
  • Manage relations with partners (distributors, GE, Siemens)
  • Set sales goals with partners and work towards achieving them
  • Maintain relations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the products UF, Neuro, and Oncology/Bone
  • Follow up on sales plans and close deals
  • Update commercial reporting tools regularly
  • Develop relationships with business partners for account coordination
  • Ensure revenue from services and disposables meets goals
  • Work towards increasing the number of treatments performed
  • Collaborate with marketing to define regional marketing plans and customize sales/marketing tools

Reimbursement and Regulatory:

  • Lead reimbursement process, working with the reimbursement team to develop strategies
  • Engage stakeholders (patients, societies, insurers, administration) for support
  • Assist VP Regulatory in preparing and implementing regulatory plans
