Job Description

We aim to be the best in service, quality, and safety. As we continue to grow, we want to strengthen our team. We are currently seeking a Compliance Specialist (m/w/d) for our European headquarters in Hilden near Düsseldorf.

Your Tasks:

1. Support and advise on legal issues within the company, focusing on trade and commercial law.
2. Review contracts and other legal documents (e.g., supplier declarations, corporate ethics statements).
3. Monitor ESG requirements and support internal departments in their implementation.
4. Assist in expanding the compliance management system and implementing company-wide compliance regulations.
5. Maintain and develop the legal register, including conducting risk assessments for new laws and situations.
6. Monitor new legal requirements.
7. Correspond with external consultants and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Successfully completed bachelor's degree in law, business law, economics with a legal focus, or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of German and European legal systems and regulations.
• Experience in contract review (e.g., confidentiality agreements, codes of conduct).
• Professional experience in compliance, especially in compliance management systems.
• Excellent understanding of economic contexts.
• Native-level German and fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong self-organization, precise and solution-oriented work style.
• Excellent communication skills and high social competence.
