Werkstudent Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Join our team and support recruiting efforts for dual students, interns, bachelor’s and master’s candidates, and high school students. Your responsibilities include:
• Creating job postings
• Managing applicant communications
• Conducting interviews in German and English
• Drafting offers and contracts

Additionally, you will assist with:

• Administering educational programs across the company
• Supporting onboarding processes for new hires
• Providing general administrative support

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in business administration, (business) psychology, social sciences, or similar fields
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
• Eagerness to learn new topics
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Strong organizational skills
• Enjoy teamwork and stakeholder communication
