expondo is an eCommerce business dedicated to serving professionals with tools and equipment necessary for their small to medium-sized businesses. You will join the digital product team responsible for enhancing the buying experience across our sales channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We believe the shopping experience is more than just helping customers find products and encouraging conversions. We aim to create an experience that positions us as a specialised one-stop shop for all equipment-related needs to help our customers run their businesses effectively.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Understand the lifecycle stages of small and medium-sized businesses and the triggers that lead customers to purchase equipment or related services.
• Design experiences that cater to different needs across various buying stages, including information gathering, evaluating alternatives, and making purchasing decisions, thereby increasing engagement metrics.
• Develop monetization strategies to encourage purchases and increase average order value (AOV).
