About the Role

As a Channel Manager (m/f/d) at Kiteworks, you will play a central role in growing and strengthening our partner ecosystem within the EMEA region. You will act as a strategic interface between Kiteworks and key channel partners, helping them succeed through enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, and sales support.

You are passionate about building strong partner relationships, have a deep understanding of the IT channel landscape, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Ideally, you bring experience in selling cybersecurity SaaS solutions and have a strong track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage channel partners to drive deal registrations and revenue.
  2. Engage partner sales/account teams to identify opportunities for new business.
  3. Develop, manage, and report on the partner sales funnel. Be accountable for deal registrations and revenue targets.
  4. Work closely with partners throughout the entire sales process, including sales collateral, joint customer meetings, and demos.
  5. Handle presentations, tender preparation, pricing, negotiations, and contracting.
  6. Ensure partners are up-to-date with new products, features, and roadmaps, providing regular training.
  7. Close deals and supervise deployments until invoicing and collection are completed.
Job Requirements
  1. 4+ years of experience working at a channel partner organization (preferred).
  2. Strong sales background with proven ability in pricing, relationship building, management, and consultative selling.
  3. Hands-on, self-starting individual.
  4. Experience selling enterprise security software and services; cloud-enabled file-sharing solutions is a plus.
  5. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills; strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills in German and English are required; additional languages (French, Italian, Spanish) are a plus.
  7. Ability to work independently within policies, targets, and budgets.
  8. Enjoys working in a team environment.
  9. Willing to travel approximately 40% for sales, industry, and partner events.
