Join our mission to fight climate change

Do you want to be part of one of Europe’s fastest-growing climate tech startups? We’re looking for a Product Designer who’s excited to create intuitive, efficient, and impactful experiences for our Climate ERP platform.

This role is ideal for someone with +3 years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B SaaS, who wants to take more ownership and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

1. Design with purpose: Craft intuitive and delightful user experiences that help companies measure, reduce, and disclose their carbon emissions through our Climate ERP platform.
2. Collaborate closely: Work side-by-side with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development process — from idea to delivery.
3. Understand our users: Contribute to product discovery, user interviews, and usability testing to deeply understand user needs and workflows.
4. Bring ideas to life: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, translating complex climate data into clear and actionable interfaces.
5. Craft our design system: Contribute to our new design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across the platform.
6. Communicate clearly: Share your thinking and design decisions openly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders — and be open to feedback and iteration.

We think you’ll thrive if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• Are excited by user-centered design and can turn complex problems into elegant solutions
• Can move seamlessly between low-fidelity exploration and polished, production-ready designs
• Are confident using Figma, Miro, and familiar with design systems
• Have participated in user research or usability testing, and know how to turn insights into action
• Are curious, proactive, and collaborative — love sharing ideas and learning from others
