Your Mission:

As ourB2B Sales Manager, you’ll drive our wholesale expansion by onboarding dealers and distributors across Germany and Europe. Your expertise will shape our market entry strategy and accelerate growth.

What You’ll Do:

Build & Execute Sales Strategy: Leverage your network to sign partnerships with top-tier e-bike dealers, retailers, and distributors.

Market Expertise: Use your deep knowledge of the European e-bike industry to identify trends, key players, and untapped opportunities.

Dealer Onboarding: Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure seamless integration of our brand into dealer networks.

Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets with a structured, metrics-driven approach.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

Proven B2B Sales Experience: 3+ years in e-bikes, micromobility, or premium consumer goods, with a track record of closing deals.

Established Network: Existing relationships with European e-bike dealers/distributors (DACH region a plus).

Industry Insight: Passion for e-mobility, regulations, and competitor landscapes.

Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently and scale a sales pipeline from scratch.

Languages: Fluent English + German (French or other EU languages are a bonus).
