Your mission

• Managing and monitoring transport service providers for land, sea, and air freight
• Preparing and handling shipping documents such as packing lists, waybills, and export declarations
• Coordinating logistics processes to ensure the on-time delivery of construction machinery and spare parts
• Handling deviations (Deviation Management) and resolving delivery issues with logistics partners
• Entering and transmitting shipment data using SAP systems

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training or university degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in transport coordination or 4PL logistics is an advantage
• Proficient in SAP S/4HANA or similar systems
• Confident in handling shipping and export documentation
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
