Are you passionate about ensuring the quality and reliability of our suppliers’ products and services? Join our team and play a key role in monitoring important metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining high standards across our global supplier base.

You’ll make an impact by

1. Standardizing our Supplier Quality Management Process (SQM) across different locations and ensuring compliance with preventive actions, technical specifications, and supplier qualification standards through active collaboration.
2. Supervising key metrics related to supplier quality, working closely with quality management teams to drive improvements, and planning and conducting supplier audits within our global network, following up on corrective actions.
3. Initiating and leading the SQM community to facilitate knowledge sharing and lessons learned among suppliers.
4. Implementing standardized supplier qualification processes in collaboration with the procurement team, ensuring all suppliers have Quality Assurance Agreements in place, and addressing any gaps.
5. Supporting the implementation of sustainability and digitalization initiatives in SQM.
6. Assisting in supplier qualification for solution-oriented project business.

Your defining qualities

1. Extensive experience in Supplier Quality Management and/or Quality Management.
2. Certification and experience as an auditor according to VDA 6.3 or equivalent, with a master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
3. Knowledge of core quality methods like FMEA and VSM, and familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
4. Experience working with cross-functional global networks, with strong interpersonal skills and strategic thinking.
5. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in English and German.
