Job Description

As part of the team supporting projects from Military Air Systems with Materials and Processes, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing special processes surveillance audits locally on Airbus DS sites and for its supply chain;
• Supporting the transfer of work through certification of special processes in the Airbus DS supply chain;
• Implementing process changes driven by REACH through industrial qualification;
• Securing conformity of manufacturing processes to M&P requirements;
• Providing inputs to Airbus DS repositories to maintain the certification status of special processes; identifying non-conformities and supporting their resolution.

Qualifications

You should have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

• A Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or an equivalent university degree;
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with materials science;
• A committed candidate with an interest in aviation;
• Good communication and analytical skills;
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage.
