We are hiring Sales Manager (f/m/d) in Mannheim with extensive Freight Forwarding experience. In this role, you will develop a Book Of Business within the branch's geographical reach by implementing the company's commercial strategies and products to accelerate growth.

How you will contribute:

1. Manage Book Of Business ensuring growth in Volume, Revenue, and Margin
2. Liaise with Branch Operations to customize SOPs around client needs
3. Assist clients with export/import quotations and negotiations to close opportunities
4. Coordinate with DP World’s internal network and external partners for optimal service
5. Maintain and update CRM systems to manage pipelines and record activities for incentives

Your key qualifications:

1. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
2. Proven knowledge of the Freight Forwarding Industry
3. Strong research, identification, and business development skills
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
5. Intermediate MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Excellent communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
