Your Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs via phone and create tailored offers
• Sell language trips and long-term stays abroad, transforming lives
• Represent EF at personal consultations, fairs, and information events
• Inspire customers through our innovative digital platform, 'EF Virtual Office,' to experience EF campus virtually

Your Profile

• Successfully completed a bachelor's degree in tourism, economics, international relations, or similar, or possess a tourism-related qualification with initial work experience
• Open to career starters and career changers
• Enthusiastic about sales, with negotiation skills and a strong closing ability
• High customer service orientation, independent, structured, and results-driven work style
• Team spirit, flexibility, and perseverance
• Excellent command of German, both spoken and written
• Ideally, good English skills and international experience
