Job Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
This role is responsible for executing the European DTC Trading and Cluster strategy for Bricks and Mortar Factory Outlets, supporting qualitative, sustainable, and profitable growth.
Key metrics for success include product flow to stores, in-store availability/stock quality, on-time order creation, and weeks of stock coverage. A key focus of this role is communication, flexibility, and problem-solving to ensure excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end product flow to stores according to Product and Trading Guidance and store requirements for specific product categories.
- Manage Service Level Agreements for order entry by Distribution Centers (DC).
- Adhere to intake plans generated by WSSI Planning for optimal stock coverage and capacity management.
- Review reports on merchandising KPIs and develop action plans based on data insights.
- Provide detailed range and inventory analysis to drive improvements.
- Handle final selection, allocation, and replenishment of articles based on Trading Guidance.
- Implement inventory allocation and replenishment strategies in collaboration with Assortment Planning and Buying teams.
- Monitor order books and provide analysis on risks and opportunities to Cluster Merchandising Managers.
- Execute plans for product flow during marketing campaigns and promotions, including End of Season Sales (EOSS).
- Manage inventory flow considering aging, bestsellers, and stock-to-sales ratios.
- Coordinate seasonal transitions based on market and climatic conditions.
- Implement inventory efficiency strategies to reduce article count and optimize stock presentation.
- Provide sales analysis to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Senior Trading Manager on range needs for new stores or remodels.
- Monitor Dynamic Buffer Management (DBM) system outputs and adjust as necessary.
- Work closely with Cluster Managers to maximize range localization.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Proficiency in Microstrategy
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous
- Knowledge of retail management systems is a plus

Minimum Qualifications
- University degree in Business or Finance, ideally with Marketing and Sales focus, or equivalent professional experience; retail experience is beneficial
- Understanding of functional area concepts
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
