Job Description

1. As a site manager, you will oversee the construction and installation of ventilation systems and vapour bonnets for paper machines.
2. You will conduct construction meetings with customers and external installation companies, instruct external teams, and ensure contractual services are delivered.
3. You will manage the construction site logistics, monitor material flow, and ensure deadlines are met.
4. The role includes monitoring the quality and occupational safety of assembly work by external companies.
5. You will regularly document construction progress and handle claim management.

Your Profile

• Completed training in ventilation construction or a comparable qualification, preferably with further training as a master craftsman, with relevant professional experience.
• Several years of experience in constructing and installing ventilation systems.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Fluent in German and very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Independent, responsible, and communicative work style, with strong assertiveness, team spirit, and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel internationally (EMEA) approximately 95% is mandatory.
