Context of the Position :

Leads end-to-end deployment projects, aligning cross-functional teams, tracking progress with agile tools, managing risks, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery with clear stakeholder communication.

Your Responsibilities :

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for :

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of deployment projects, ensuring on-time delivery and within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineers, QA, and product managers to define project goals and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into clear project plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress using agile methodologies and tools like ZOHO Projects, Zendesk, Office 365.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication across all project stakeholders.
• Manage external vendors or third-party resources when required.

What We're Looking For :

• Experience : Proven experience managing software deployment projects in an agile environment
• Languages : Proficient in German and English
• Communication : Excellent communication skills with the ability to address different types of stakeholders.
• Technical Skills : Strong understanding of SDLC, agile / scrum practices, and project management tools.
• Interpersonal Skills : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
