POSITION

We seek a talented and competitive Business Development Manager (all genders) who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales executive with a proven track record of acquiring new clients and exceeding quotas. The position is based in Germany.

CHALLENGE

  • Define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory and meet/exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
  • Develop and manage a sales pipeline, assess opportunities, and handle multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Manage customer interactions and transactional data in a CRM system.
  • Coordinate pre-sales resources throughout the sales cycle.
  • Deliver presentations, product demos, and support to prospective customers.
  • Provide regular reporting on prospecting, pipeline, and forecasts via CRM.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market products.
  • Communicate effectively with management, customers, and support teams.
  • Travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Identify product or marketing improvements to optimize customer solutions and collaborate internally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in senior sales or consulting roles selling B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to develop proactive business strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience engaging with senior management across disciplines to maximize success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to craft creative solutions to customer objections.
  • Ability to analyze complex customer data and utilize CRM systems effectively.
