Position : Senior Data Modeller - 3 to 6 month project (pharma Industry)

Location : Germany, Spain or Portugal

Remote Work Possibility : Full Remote

Type of Contract : Freelance

Mandatory Languages : English (C1 minimum)

We are currently seeking a Senior Data Modeller for a short-term project (3 to 6 months) with a strong focus on conceptual data modelling. This role is ideal for someone with a balanced mindset — analytical, business-oriented, and with a convincing attitude to bridge the gap between Business, IT, and Management.

Your Role

• Lead and support the team in developing conceptual data models using ontologies and semantics.
• Run workshops, design training concepts, and guide teams through the logical modelling process.
• Act as a coach and expert, providing guardrails and frameworks to help structure and mature data modelling practices.
• Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
• Produce diagrams and documentation to facilitate understanding and decision-making.

Your Profile

• Strong business acumen and ability to interact confidently with Business, IT, and Management stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting workshops and creating training or enablement materials.
• Familiarity with ontologies, semantics, and conceptual modelling practices.
• Previous experience in pharma is a big plus, but relevant experience in other sectors is also welcome.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Change Management .
• Strong skills in Stakeholder Management across different levels of the organization.
