Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Senior Registered Nurse to work full time day shifts for a private clinic in the Crowborough area of East Sussex.

About The Role

You will be working within a CQC Outstanding rated hospital, in their fantastic inpatient department. Working within a close-knit team of experienced and highly-skilled clinical individuals, you will be responsible for actively participating in, supervising and maintaining the highest standard of care to our patients, as well as the wider departments, to ensure an efficient and seamless service is provided at all times and that we remain committed to providing 5-star service.

This is a permanent role, offering flexibility to accommodate for both part-time and full-time hours. This role requires availability on days, weekends, bank holidays, and some night shifts (enhanced rates of pay are offered for these periods).

About You

  • You will be a passionate and experienced clinical expert, showing excellent communication skills, and empathy.
  • Prior UK based experience within a similar orthopaedic setting.
  • RGN / NMC registered.
  • Personal and approachable, with a real motivation to help uphold the outstanding rating proudly held by The Horder Centre.
  • Excellent communication skills, to help build those all-important and respected relationships with our patients and your direct and wider teams.
  • Proactive and forward thinking, with a passion for continued learning.
