UX Research and System PL (m/f/d)

Your profile

• Driver's license is required
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Interest in UX/UI research, customer audits, and new technologies
• Willingness to learn, as in-depth knowledge is not required (training provided)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Full IT literacy (MS Office, MS Outlook)
• Self-motivated, project-oriented, and able to work in cross-functional, international teams
• Awareness of multicultural differences and adaptability
• Flexibility to relocate and willingness to travel within Europe
• Conduct trend research on in-car infotainment, European IT, and automotive trends; report findings to stakeholders
• Perform qualitative user research, including defining research items and monitoring execution
• Support benchmarking vehicle infotainment by gathering data and creating reports
• Represent Hyundai Mobis’ products at technology and motor shows, including attending training and presenting products
• Perform system and telematics audits, including vehicle testing, reporting issues, and sharing findings
