GEA, a global leader in technology solutions for the food, beverage, and industrial sectors, is looking for an experienced Head of Global Talent Acquisition. In this strategic leadership role, you will report to the VP HR Center of Expertise, drive our global talent acquisition strategy, and lead an international team to attract and hire the best fitting talent.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement a scalable, business-centered TA strategy that aligns with GEA's global needs.
  2. Global Talent Acquisition Organization: Lead GEA's Talent Acquisition organization and functions towards an optimal TA model and organizational setup.
  3. Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop a team of TA Partners and Specialists, ensuring operational excellence.
  4. Process & Technology Optimization: Enhance recruitment processes, tools, and data analytics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and optimize global/regional recruitment partnerships.
  6. Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to global hiring standards, DE&I principles, and ethical recruitment practices.
  7. Performance & Budget Management: Track key recruitment metrics and manage the global TA budget to drive cost-effective hiring.

Your Profile / Qualifications

  • Leadership experience in global talent acquisition within a multinational environment.
  • Strong expertise in TA strategy, process optimization, and digital hiring technologies.
  • Hands-on experience leading teams in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
  • Experience managing recruitment budgets and optimizing hiring investments.
