As People and Culture Manager within the Sales Excellence Team, you will be responsible for developing an upskilling target picture for all Partner with Customer roles.
You will work closely with our salespeople to identify standards & behaviors of a high-performance sales team. Based on that, you will collaborate with Talent Management to develop, deploy, and manage the competency & experience assessment framework and offer an appropriate training curriculum.
This role supports the Partner with Customer Organization in NA, EU, China, Japan, and India.
