As People and Culture Manager within the Sales Excellence Team, you will be responsible for developing an upskilling target picture for all Partner with Customer roles.

You will work closely with our salespeople to identify standards & behaviors of a high-performance sales team. Based on that, you will collaborate with Talent Management to develop, deploy, and manage the competency & experience assessment framework and offer an appropriate training curriculum.

Your Team

This role supports the Partner with Customer Organization in NA, EU, China, Japan, and India.

What You Will Do
  • Develop a yearly strategy and roadmap for assessments & upskilling initiatives for the Partner with Customer organization.
  • Collaborate with Talent Management to identify knowledge gaps and areas for upskilling.
  • Monitor assessment objectives and results.
  • Design and adjust training curricula based on changing business needs within time and budget constraints.
  • Report on the impact of training programs.
  • Maintain updated records of training materials and curricula (Dean of Sales Academy).
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR, sales, or customer-facing program management roles.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Result-driven and self-organized.
  • Ability to work with external and internal customers across regions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Native or business-fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
What is Nice to Have
  • Prior experience in marketing, sales, or program management in infotainment/audio, telematics, and/or connected services.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining good relations.
  • Ability to quickly and accurately assimilate information from various sources.
  • Initiative-taking ability with effective prioritization and deadline management.
