Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement analytics solutions focusing on production, MES, engineering, and logistics.
2. Develop production reports using SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ME/MII, SAP Analytics Cloud, and tools like Microsoft Power Platform.
3. Ensure governance, quality, conformity, and operational framework for Production Analytics.
4. Collaborate with global process teams and IT solution architects.
5. Work with internal and external IT consultants across Germany, India, and America.
6. Participate in demand and project management for Production Analytics.
7. Act as Expert and Lead Developer during implementation.

Qualifications:

1. University degree in informatics, computer science, or similar, with experience in Production and Shop Floor Controlling.
2. Extensive experience in software development for Analytics using SAP S/4 HANA, SAP ME/MII, SAP Analytics Cloud, and other tools.
3. Experience working with intercultural teams and leading small development teams, preferably with India.
4. Quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset, eager to learn new topics and technologies.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
6. Professional appearance, proactive, responsible, team-oriented work style.
