Your Responsibilities

• Planning of incoming goods (appointment scheduling)
• Document review and preparation
• Transport planning using warehouse management systems
• Booking in various systems (SAP/SAP TM/m3)
• Communication with freight forwarders
• Internal communication on various topics
• Possible customs processing
• Handling urgent inquiries

Your Profile

• Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics clerk or comparable commercial qualification
• Excellent communication skills (including in English)
• Quick comprehension
• System affinity (knowledge of SAP is an advantage)
• Skill for logistical planning
• Enjoy working in a team
