We are looking for a full-time Store Manager (40 hours/week) for our Wiesbaden store, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in decisions regarding your store, with your team at the center of your success.
2. Motivate your team with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
3. Coach your colleagues with tact and ensure smooth daily operations.
4. Creatively design the sales area and maintain an optimal product range.
5. Coordinate your team, create flexible schedules, and keep an eye on your numbers.

Qualifications:

• Completed training as a retail salesperson and some experience as a Store Manager.
• An authentic personality with retail experience who loves creating unique customer experiences.
• A proactive people leader who leads by example, is empathetic, and solution-oriented.
• Interest in new fashion trends and sustainability topics.
• Positive demeanor and ability to stay calm under stress.
• Enthusiastic attitude and hands-on mentality; your engagement can achieve anything.
• Brand affinity and knowledge of various textiles.
