Job Summary

A Program Director (Sales Operations Manager) is a person that is passionate about the value that martial arts adds to a person’s life. A Program Director understands that to introduce the wonderful world of martial arts to as many people as possible, they must be fully invested in marketing and selling martial arts lessons. You will be the first and most important contact that a prospective student has with the school. Your primary responsibility will be to market and recruit new students into the school. You must be friendly, professional, personable, and approachable.

Before anyone should consider the position of the program director, they need to have an organic passion, motivation, and excitement to get others started on their Martial Arts journey. They must have a "white belt mentality" and always be open to learning and refining the Premier Martial Arts Sales Systems provided to them.

The beauty of this position is that we are selling a service that is priceless. Your commitment to spreading the benefits of martial arts can propel you into the great balance of meaningful work and financial success. There are very few industries that allow you to have both. A program director must be detailed, organized, efficient, and be a self-starter. You must have a SERVICE-FIRST mentality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Lead Generation and Management
• Responsible for Sales Process and Systems
• Follow and complete daily task and number tracking in software
• Accomplishing monthly sales and revenue goals
• Event Coordinating and Networking in the Community

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
