- Project Management: Independently manage and oversee key projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives, providing insights and recommendations based on thorough analysis.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment across all parties.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda development, material preparation, and follow-up on action items.
- Confidential Information Management: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills; intermediate proficiency in German is required.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools and software.
