Qualifikationen

• Erste Erfahrung in der Hotelbranche oder Leidenschaft für HORECA.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B1-B2).

Night Shift Receptionist (f/m/d)

Full-time

The MEININGER Hotel München Zentrum is looking for a receptionist on night duty (m/f/d) for full-time, who serves as a contact person for our guests and ensures their safety - always together with another colleague on site.

MEININGER Hotels combines the comforts of a hotel with the special facilities of a hostel. We run more than 35 hotels in Europe's best cities—and counting!

YOUR TASKS

• You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests.
• You are in charge of the welcome and good-bye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create the best experience for our guests and optimize hotel occupancy.
• You respond to our guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities, and additional services.
• You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks, etc.
• You regularly check the hotel during the night.
• You work in a team and are ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar).
• You enjoy a diverse working environment and are flexible to work weekdays and weekends.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have your first working experience in the hotel, or you are passionate about HORECA industries.
• You possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks.
• You are a people person, you like helping others and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
• You are a team player, ready to help your colleagues and tackle challenges together.
• You speak German and English fluently (min. solid B1-B2 Level), any other languages are an advantage.
