Responsibilities
  • Verify product offers to ensure they meet market needs and update sales forecasts regularly to reflect current trends and projections.
  • Implement growth strategies to achieve targeted sales goals.
  • Monitor market trends to stay ahead of the competition and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Support the technical needs of partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and knowledge to succeed.
  • Oversee product installations and on-site verifications to ensure correct implementation and quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Completed studies or technical education focusing on civil engineering, road construction, or comparable.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development within the infrastructure/geosynthetic industry (asphalt/bitumen).
  • Proven experience in building business relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills, high level of commitment, initiative, and responsibility.
  • Ability to manage projects from inception to handover to commercial and operations teams.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel (France, Germany, BENELUX); ideally based at the DE/FR border.
  • Fluent in English, French, and German.
