If you are experienced in compliance and want to lead impactful initiatives, we are looking for you as Ethics and Compliance Manager DACH (m/f/d) to join our team in DACH.

Your responsibilities at dentsu:

1. Coordinate DACH Risk & Compliance Committee activities, following global guidelines
2. Support other departments in compliance activities, coordinate control processes, and monitor project implementations
3. Collaborate with senior management, interact with employees on internal procedures, and address E&C-related questions
4. Recommend modifications to policies, procedures, and regulations to meet legal and internal standards
5. Manage due diligence processes related to E&C, ensuring integration in acquisitions

Your skills for dentsu:

1. Proficiency in Ethics and Compliance processes and procedures
2. Strong analytical and reporting skills
3. Knowledge of Risk and Compliance Committee coordination
4. Familiarity with internal audit and control processes
5. Ability to adapt procedures for internal reporting and whistleblower protection
6. Fluent in German and English
