My client in the heart of Düsseldorf is searching for a Receptionist and Conference Coordinator.
Tasks
- Point of contact for (international) clients, guests, and employees.
- Handling correspondence both by phone and in writing in German and English.
- Planning, organizing, and professionally managing meetings and events.
- Coordinating package and courier services as well as processing invoices.
- You are responsible for your duties within our shift system, working regulated hours between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
Requirements
- A strong service-oriented mindset.
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Solid MS Office skills (ideally Office 365).
- Team player with excellent manners and an eye for the essentials.
- Discretion and loyalty.
