A Day in the Life

Be at the forefront of electrophysiology advancements. As a Technical Consultant for our Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team, you'll impact patient care through Medtronic's technologies. We focus on our Affera Mapping and Ablation System, innovative ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and electrophysiology products.

Join a community of experts dedicated to quality and affordable care worldwide. This role is based in Germany, primarily remote, with extensive travel (80-100%) across Germany and Western Europe, providing valuable experience and networking opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan training programs with the Sales Manager and teams for customer education
• Provide technical support on CAS products and procedures
• Assist sales and marketing during product presentations and launches
• Report market trends, account information, and competitive insights
• Gather and communicate customer feedback, product issues, and complaints
• Complete administrative tasks, including activity reports

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and products
