Your Responsibilities

The Jedox Platform is at the heart of our software, used by thousands of customers worldwide, helping them realize the power of a great plan in an environment they trust and understand how to use. Your role will be to enhance their experience with this interface of our software, using React and Typescript to elevate it to the next level.

In this role, you will:

1. Be part of developing our customer-facing components, such as Jedox Studio, Jedox Integrator, our AI assistant, Data Analysis Views, and web spreadsheet component.
2. Implement front- and backend components for our responsive web-based UI with cross-functional product teams.
3. Specify, design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using React and other modern web technologies.
4. Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend and frontend teams, QA, and support to deliver high-quality features.
5. Follow best practices for coding, testing, and documentation, including our Design System.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, and port legacy functionalities into our modern frontend.
7. Evaluate new technologies to improve our software.
8. Learn new skills and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

This position is to be filled from July, with options for remote or hybrid work from Germany, where we have offices in Frankfurt and Freiburg. Virtual job fairs are also available.

Your Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
2. 3+ years of professional experience in web development with React, TypeScript, and other frameworks.
3. Experience developing responsive web UIs.
4. Proficient in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
5. Experience with agile methodologies and tools like Scrum, Aha, GitHub.
6. Experience with EPM planning software or similar is a plus.
7. Experience with cloud infrastructure like Kubernetes is a plus.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Self-motivated and eager to learn.
