Description:

This position manages existing and develops new customer relationships in the Topical segment in EMEA. It involves identifying new opportunities by promoting and selling DuPont Healthcare solutions to grow business and expand market share in the Topical segment. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve sales and business development goals in Topical segment aligned with strategies and marketing plans.
  2. Build relationships with customers, prospects, and key decision-makers in the Topical value chain.
  3. Manage large multinational accounts and emerging players, developing account plans for long-term growth.
  4. Develop new business with new customers focusing on Topical in EMEA.
  5. Manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned with growth strategies.
  6. Identify and develop solutions to customer problems, leading to new business and profitable revenue, documented in Salesforce.
  7. Maintain thorough product and application knowledge in Topical.
  8. Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, credit, and CDA with customers.
  9. Demonstrate sales excellence and inspire others.
  10. Analyze customer needs, industry, and business proactively.
  11. Provide insights for growth strategies based on market knowledge.
  12. Share intelligence with colleagues across functions to promote revenue and value.
  13. Forecast sales monthly.
  14. Leverage DuPont's full capabilities, including cross-industry opportunities.

Required Education, Experience & Qualifications:

  1. Master’s Degree in Pharma solutions or a related field.
  2. Several years of experience in Pharma and/or Medical Devices applications in the Topical segment, in sales, marketing, technical service, or relevant customer-facing roles.
  3. Strong technical background or process expertise in Topical applications is a plus.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  7. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in demanding, fast-paced environments.
  8. Strong results-oriented drive and customer focus.
  9. Knowledge of Salesforce is helpful.
  10. Experience with trade shows, conferences, and educational/customer events.
  11. Willingness to travel up to 50% across EMEA.
  12. Languages: English and preferably another European language (German, French, Spanish).
  13. Location: Home-based in Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, or other relevant EMEA countries.
