Your Role

As a SAP Consultant for Inhouse Repair, you will be responsible for the global Inhouse Repair process in SAP S/4 HANA within the Service to Customer (S2C) area. You will be involved in a transformation project transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA, mainly focusing on the Inhouse Repair process.

Your Tasks include:

1. Contributing to our global SAP ECC to SAP S/4 HANA transformation program, supporting process standardization and simplification.
2. Acting as the central IT contact for business groups in the 'Service to Customer' area, especially for Inhouse Repair.
3. Collaborating with business groups to gather, review, and prioritize business needs and specifications, and coordinating implementations.
4. Creating blueprints and functional/technical specifications for SAP S/4 HANA projects.
5. Customizing Inhouse Repair functionalities within SAP S/4 HANA.
6. Working closely with internal and external consultants in a dynamic environment.
7. Preparing and conducting end-user training sessions and supporting post-go-live activities.
8. Building strong relationships with cross-functional IT departments.
9. Working on integration processes related to logistics, billing, and controlling.

Your Profile

1. Degree in business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
2. Profound knowledge of service processes like service execution, Inhouse Repair, and return management.
3. Experience in implementing and customizing service processes, especially Inhouse Repair.
4. Knowledge of related processes such as logistics, sales, distribution, controlling, procurement, invoicing, SAP CRM, and Salesforce.
5. Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA development standards and technologies (ABAP, CPI, BTP, CDS, CAP).
6. Experience with agile project management tools (Jira, SAP Solution Manager, Signavio) is preferred.
7. Strong analytical, conceptual, and teamwork skills.
8. Excellent communication skills in German and English, with an international and consulting orientation.
