Our client, for whom we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager (full-time) for the subsidiary of a worldwide renowned company in the new energy industry (public company with more than 10,000 employees) in Germany, Italy, and Spain.

Qualifications and knowledge:

  • More than 3 years of experience in power companies, grid operators, or power plants.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with strong knowledge in business development and subsidiary management.
  • Extensive customer resources in utility-scale, industrial, commercial, and household energy storage sectors.
  • Familiarity with B2B international trade processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and teamwork spirit.
  • Honest, responsible, adaptable to fast-paced environments, and capable of working under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, ambitious, energetic, and results-oriented.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets in Europe by leading the local team to meet market share and brand development goals.
  • Develop key customers in target industries and meet sales performance objectives.
  • Establish long-term relationships with key projects, including power plants, grid operators, power companies (IPP & EPC), C&I, and household energy storage customers.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to cash collection, including order acquisition, gross profit management, order delivery, and payment collection; handle after-sales service, customer complaints, and satisfaction.
  • Engage with customer decision-makers, manage customer relationships, and oversee financial risks.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, including policies, demand trends, and competitor performance, to inform strategy and sales decisions.
  • Participate in industry exhibitions and summits to promote the brand.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
