Jobbeschreibung

The Influencer Manager, reporting to the Head of Marketing / Community, is a key member of the Everreach Labs global marketing team, working to shape our engagement strategy with Influencers, Content Creators and Streamers in both the Web2 and Web3 / Blockchain space.

A remote role, you will work closely with the Marketing, Community and Social teams to own the influencer strategy and plans. With your efforts to identify the right influencers & content creators, you will have a direct impact on the success of Everreach Labs upcoming flagship title, REVENGE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build the overall Influencer Strategy and maintain strong relationships with Content Creators to foster successful collaborations in line with Marketing and Product plans.
  • In partnership with key internal stakeholders, build a candidate pool of international influencers, Twitch Streamers, YouTube creators and Web3 KOLs who can carry the brand message in the right way.
  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns to drive engagement and boost game visibility.
  • Manage budgets and recommend investment requirements to hit core KPIs.
  • Analyse performance of the partnerships and measure ROI.
  • Project manage the influencer strategy & execution (across Nano, Micro and Macros).
  • Regularly align with community teams to establish a current understanding of reputation, perception, and performance of influencers.
  • Work with Management team & Legal dept to negotiate and manage contracts with agencies and individual influencers.
  • Conceptualise and implement processes.
  • Regularly report on progress and status updates to management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 4+ Years of experience in influencer management, ideally in video games, Web3 and / or entertainment.
  • Strong understanding of the latest trends in marketing and influencer management within the video games industry.
  • Strong contacts and knowledge of Twitch (in particular), streaming culture, and current gaming trends.
  • Outstanding organisationnal skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time.
  • Understanding of cultural differences within different markets and how these impact marketing, strategy, and plans.
  • Great collaborator and an ability to build strong relationships.
  • Analytical and data driven mind set.
  • Excellent English skills, written and verbal, additional languages a plus.
  • A pro-active and positive “can do” attitude.
