Job Description

Where your expertise is needed

1. Research & Experimentation: Investigate advanced AI/ML techniques (LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, reinforcement learning); prototype ideas; design and run experiments with success metrics.
2. End-to-End Development: Convert prototypes into production-grade microservices; architect and implement scalable AI features.
3. Deployment & Infrastructure: Containerize and orchestrate AI workloads (Docker, Kubernetes); optimize model serving; manage cloud ML infrastructure (GCP, AWS, Databricks).
4. Cross-Functional Enablement: Support other departments by explaining AI concepts, guiding integration, conducting workshops, and creating documentation for teams in product, marketing, and customer support.

What Will Help You To Master Future Challenges

1. 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, backend development, or related roles.
2. Experience developing and deploying LLM-based agents or conversational AI/NLP models, including multi-turn dialogs, tool use, and retrieval pipelines.
3. Hands-on expertise in MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, model versioning, monitoring, testing, and drift detection.
4. Proven track record of deploying ML/AI models into production; proficient in Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, and agent-centric LLM toolkits (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI framework).
5. Experience with containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (preferably GCP).
6. Strong understanding of data engineering: ETL, cloud databases, Vector databases.
7. Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.
8. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
9. Optional: Experience with time-series ML and reinforcement learning for pricing and demand forecasting.
