Job Description: Commercial Manager at Belvilla by OYO

Join Belvilla by OYO, a leader in Europe's vacation rental industry, as a Commercial Manager. We are expanding our holiday home partner network across the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Flanders.

Responsibilities:

  1. Deal Closer (80%)
  • Identify new B2C and B2B sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, social media, and industry events.
  • Convince prospects of the benefits of joining the Belvilla network through effective commercial analysis.
  • Negotiate leases and build long-term relationships with homeowners and decision-makers.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business development and procurement teams.
  • Account Management (20%)
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to top homeowners and collaborate with the account management team.
    • Ensure partner success through proactive management, revenue analysis, and growth opportunities.
    • Expand the network via referrals and satisfied partners.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Number of new properties
    • Retention rate of accommodations
    • Revenue generated
    • Partner satisfaction (NPS)
    • Referrals generated

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • 2-4+ years in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in a dynamic environment.
    • Experience in the vacation rental industry is a plus.
