We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Marketing / Growth Manager to join our team and lead our growth efforts. You consider yourself a T-shaped marketer who understands the full funnel of a SaaS buyer’s journey.


You’re ambitious, fast and can piece together the information to build and own a full GTM strategy. You love the autonomy and are keen to build, own and deliver exponential marketing growth in DACH and later expand into the rest of Europe/US. You will find creative ways for growth and like to run data-driven experiments.


You will be a core part of shaping PULT's growth efforts, working hand in hand with our founders, sales, and design teams. This is your opportunity to join a fast-growing startup in one of the hottest markets.

Aufgaben

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  1. Take ownership of our top-funnel activities from Email Marketing to Website and SEO, driving continuous optimization and innovation
  2. Lead testing and growth efforts in new channels to expand our reach
  3. Work closely and align with business development and sales teams to achieve overall ARR growth targets
  4. Measure, quantify, and report on strategy and campaign performance
  5. Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM plans and launch new products to the market
  6. Work with our founders and help build the team
  7. Make sure PULT is as loud as possible in the market
Qualifikation
  • +2 years of relevant experience in Demand Generation / Online Marketing / Growth

  • Content Creation & Storytelling: Exceptional ability in crafting engaging email content that captures the audience's attention and encourages action

  • Skilled with tools such as HubSpot (CRM), Clay or similar tools

  • You thrive in high-growth startup environments; you’re entrepreneurial, fast learner, and resourceful

  • Has a good understanding of B2B SaaS

  • Strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills

  • You are a strong communicator with excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills

  • You are fluent in German and English
