Role Responsibilities
  • Quoting via Salesforce, processing multiple orders daily
  • Supporting perpetual to cloud licenses
  • Assisting with support ticket escalations
  • Acting as out-of-office backup
  • Collaborating with marketing, product development, and customer service for a seamless sales process

  • Booking and coordinating meetings
