As a (Senior) Payroll Specialist (d/f/m), you provide top-tier service for all Personio customers, driving satisfaction, improving our customer journey, and payroll processes. You collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to identify gaps and improve them, contributing to product automation and user experience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Team Guidance & Mentorship: Lead a team of about 5 Payroll Specialists, ensuring excellent customer service and professional growth.
• Implementation & Support: Manage implementation and monthly payroll runs, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Customer Support: Provide timely assistance during implementation and support phases.
• Payroll Expertise: Use extensive payroll knowledge to handle challenges and escalations.
• Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout their journey.

Role Requirements:

• At least 5 years in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Proficiency in various payroll systems.
• Business proficiency in German and good command of English.
• Leadership qualities to mentor junior staff.
• Experience handling complex payroll cases is a plus.
• Team player, empathetic, committed to customer satisfaction.
• High standards for quality and diligence.
