Join us in Frankfurt / Nuremberg for a full-time or part-time permanent role as a Senior Regulatory MI Compliance Officer at BNP Paribas.

Responsibilities:

• Manage regulatory setups for Swap Dealer & Banking Regulations (Volcker Rule, French Banking Law, US CFTC, SEC SBSD) as the 2nd Line of Defense.
• Serve as SPOC for business teams and 1st Line of Defense, supporting and supervising compliance roles.
• Contribute to projects and remediation efforts related to MI requirements.
• Coordinate with Group and central stakeholders in the MI domain.
• Manage certifications related to Banking Regulations with LoD1.
• Coordinate audits and reporting for the Group and regulators.
• Collaborate with the local MI team to share knowledge and improve processes.

Requirements & Skills:

• Studies or apprenticeship in business, banking, or finance.
• Multiple years of experience in compliance, risk, audit, or similar roles.
• Understanding of financial regulatory requirements.
• Eagerness to learn and share knowledge.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, including planning.
• Fluent in German and English.
