Your Role:

  • You own our applicative and clinical understanding of cranial tumor procedures, observe current trends and developments in clinics and industry.
  • You propose and evaluate potential future offerings to improve clinical outcomes or workflows in cranial tumor procedures. You shape our future offerings in this area.
  • You act as the spokesperson within Zeiss for a holistic view of the workflow in cranial tumor procedures.
  • You contribute to value creation and actively drive workflow concepts in product development, innovation projects, and clinical or medical studies.
  • You establish and maintain close customer interactions in the cranial tumor clinical environment.
  • You ensure tight integration with all relevant areas of SBU and MED or ZEISS entities.

Your Profile:

  • University degree in medicine, natural sciences, or engineering, with additional business administration qualification (MBA) or PhD preferred.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in the medical industry or clinical environment.
  • Specific clinical or medical knowledge in neurosurgery, especially cranial tumor interventions, is a strong plus.
  • Commercial knowledge of the respective medical market.
  • Strong project and product management skills.
  • High social skills and customer orientation.
