Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational availability and development of the CAD and PDM applications in a global environment
• Gather requirements from business, analyze and define solutions
• Ensuring first and second level support (international) with a small team
• Coordinate the 3rd level support with the HZI-partners
• Create user and administrator documentation
• Responsible for organizing and training users in CAD / PDM applications
• Being part of the “Application Ownership Team”
• Reports to Manager Business Applications

Qualifications:

• Experience with CAD applications (nice Autodesk Tools)
• Background in construction or industrial engineering advantageous
• Didactic skills (training + support of internal customers)
• Customer and service oriented
• Independent and structured way of working
• Team player with good communication skills at various levels
• Languages: English Level C1 (spoken + written), German Level B2 (spoken + written) (nice to have)
