How you will create an impact:

• You assume responsibility for several concurrent projects, directly interacting with clients and providing them with top-line growth strategies.
• You independently tackle complex issues, crafting and presenting solutions and recommendations for clients together with your project teams.
• You work as part of a project team to develop IT strategies, design system architecture, and optimize our clients’ technology landscape end-to-end.
• You facilitate communication between business representatives and technical experts on the client as well as technology provider side e.g., in a vendor selection process.
• You develop expertise in our focus areas of Growth Technology (Pricing, Sales, and Marketing e.g., CRM and CPQ) as well as the overall technology market allowing us to increase the depth and width of our offering.
• You act as mentor to your team members, giving constructive feedback to support their professional development.
• You start identifying business development opportunities by recognizing potential clients and proposing new projects ideas, contributing to Simon-Kucher’s growth.
• You start actively contributing to activities outside of your project work, e.g., accepting invitations as guest speaker and supporting in the creation of articles, blog posts, and more.

About you:

• You have an excellent academic degree, e.g. in business, psychology, engineering, or science.
• You have at least 3 years of consulting or industry experience, with a notable focus on pricing, marketing, or sales software.
• You have a very good understanding of vendor selection and RFP/RFI processes as well as PO&M, CPQ, CRM, ERP (sales module) or CLM software.
• You are experienced in developing technical and business specifications.
• You have proven your success in managing small teams with a management style that consistently yields positive results.
• You are proficient in steering strategic projects, overseeing teams, and engaging various stakeholders effectively.
• You can communicate fluently in German and English.
• Complementing your strong analytical skills and eye for detail with a conscientious and dynamic attitude, you are a highly skilled communicator and presenter.
