SAP Functional Analyst Sales & Project Management (f/m/d)

Exciting - Your Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of SAP ECC with a focus on Sales & Distribution and interfaces to other solutions and tools.
• Configure (Customizing), implement, and further develop complex business SD processes across several SAP areas.
• Ensure integration with our CRM system Salesforce and collaborate with our EDI team for customer integrations.
• Gather business requirements, provide conceptual and detailed designs, perform necessary SAP configurations, develop detailed specifications for custom programs, conduct technical testing, coordinate transports to production, and support post go-live activities.
• Design and develop solution strategies in close cooperation with sales and project management departments.
• Analyze requirements and create business concepts for our SAP process landscape.
• Manage SAP implementation and optimization projects technically (partial project management).
• Analyze market trends, considering Atlas Copco's economic feasibility and IT strategy.
• Support key users in sales and project management to optimize business processes and provide 2nd level support.
• Work with key stakeholders, key users, and local leaders to ensure alignment and quality of SAP processes.

Convincing - Your Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA supporting global sales and project management departments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SD module and experience with related modules like CS, FI, or MM; knowledge in SAP PS or PPM is a plus.
• Experience with project management methods and SAP rollout and implementation projects.
• Understanding of business processes in Sales and Project Management.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar cloud CRM applications integrated with SAP.
• Additional experience in SAP S/4HANA and basic ABAP skills are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for international rollouts, demonstrating intercultural competence.
• University degree in Business Information, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent education.
• Solution-oriented mindset, structured working approach, team player, resilient to change, and an innovative attitude embracing digital transformation.
