Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of a production team of approximately 30 employees
• Ensuring the line's targets in productivity, capacity, and on-time delivery while maintaining quality and work standards
• Operational management of the production line: determining capacity requirements and allocating existing capacities
• Supporting efficient planning, organization, and control of production processes
• Ensuring smooth process flow and continuous optimization of production processes to increase efficiency and productivity
• Collaborating with other departments and managers to ensure effective communication and cooperation

Show your expertise

• Completed technical vocational training in metalworking fields such as industrial mechanics, mechatronics, toolmaking, or construction mechanics, with further training as a master craftsman or equivalent experience
• Several years of professional experience in production
• High customer orientation
• Team-oriented and motivating personality with strong communication skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Assertiveness, organizational skills, and problem-solving willingness
• Flexibility and willingness to work in shifts
• Experience with MS Office applications; ERP knowledge is advantageous
