CooperSurgical Fertility Solutions is the global leader in IVF and reproductive genetics, providing innovative products, services, and training for every step in the ART journey.

At CooperSurgical (CSI), we are currently looking to recruit a Sales Product Application Coordinator based in Berlin, Germany. This role will support our Leisegang Colposcope portfolio and will have a broad responsibility area from customer-facing to administrative tasks.

This role will report to the International Business Manager, and you will be working closely with the colleagues in Leisegang and CSI international employees.

Location: Berlin Region

Travel: 50-60% of the time in DACH region

Position

As a Sales Product Application Coordinator, you will be working as part of our Leisegang team to provide expert support on one of the company’s most successful product lines, the Leisegang Colposcope business. Ideally, you will have some similar experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of Labor and Delivery products would be an asset as CSI sells the following products directly: Fetal Pillow, Bakri Postpartum Balloon, Vacuum Assisted Delivery, and Cervical Ripening Balloons.

The Sales Product Application Coordinator will provide support and be an active part of the Leisegang commercial set-up to increase market share of the Colposcope Portfolio in the DACH region. You will also support regional installations in promoting, planning, installing, providing technical and application support, and onsite implementation and training in private and governmental clinics/hospitals.

Over time, you will be the subject matter expert (SME) on the products. You have strong administrative flair while being technically interested with a strong motivation for customer care. This role will require broad experience in handling sales orders and commercial offers, managing customer information/documentation, and smooth face-to-face communication while achieving the sales goals.

You have a structured work approach and good experience with technical problem-solving. In this role, you should be willing to travel throughout the DACH region.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Introduction/presentations/expansion of Colposcopes and Labor & Delivery portfolio in hospitals and private offices in DACH
  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Managing distribution and KOL network and assisting direct teams with customer needs
  • Installations in hospitals/private offices
  • Service and maintenance
  • Generate and process customer offers and orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Preparing and conducting tailor-made customer training and support
  • Replacement in sales and service department during vacation/illness of key team members
  • Visiting gynecology workshops, fairs, and congresses in DACH
  • Installation, training, and participation in customer events in DACH
Qualifications
  • Degree level or technical/laboratory/hospital experience.
  • 5+ years from a similar or complementary role - technical or SAMD experience and knowledge.
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Intermediate skill in the use of order management systems, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good at problem solving, working alone, and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written. Good at teaching/training.
  • Good German and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Must be able to carry 40kg – this is a requirement
  • Driver's license
