I am hiring a Senior System Engineer Microsoft Endpoint Management on behalf of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service across industries. In this role you will be responsible for:

• Serve as the technical lead and system owner for endpoint management solutions (e.g. Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, MDM for iOS/Android)
• Design and execute digital workplace initiatives independently
• Contribute to decisions on endpoint hardware, processes, and policies
• Configure, manage, and enforce device management policies
• Develop and maintain software deployment packages
• Set up and monitor compliance profiles for devices
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system errors
• Provide 2nd-level support for endpoint-related queries
• Coordinate with external vendors on device provisioning and Autopilot deployment
• Participate in IT projects and maintain technical documentation

This role is hybrid in Düsseldorf 50% of the time

Essential:

• Extensive expertise in Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Intune
• Solid, demonstrated experience with core Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, etc.)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell scripting
• Excellent skills in creating clear and thorough technical documentation
• Consulting background
• Minimum C1 level German or above with a good knowledge of English

Desirable:

• ITIL experience
