Responsibilities

As an Enterprise & Solutions Architect Consultant, you will design, consult, and support large companies in their digital transformation. You will bridge business strategy and technology, developing customized software solutions and architectures. Your expertise will enable you to create innovative, technically advanced, and economically viable solutions.

• Optimization and Innovation: Conduct optimizations based on functional needs, quality attributes (security, usability), cost-effectiveness, and enterprise IT goals (Cloud, DevOps, Event Streaming, API Enablement).
• Documentation and Automation: Document architectural views and create software artifacts to facilitate deployment and automation within the delivery pipeline.
• Risk Management: Collaborate with IT architects to define and design solutions while managing cybersecurity and operational risks.
• Compliance and Standards: Develop solutions in line with technical and commercial guidelines, adhering to best practices.
• Project Oversight: Manage IT project architectures, proactively resolving challenges during various project phases involving DevOps, infrastructure, SAP, Confluent, OpenShift, etc.
• Enterprise & Solution Architecture: Support the creation of architectural roadmaps and blueprints aligned with organizational strategy.
• Decision-Making Support: Prepare and present IT architecture proposals to decision-makers, facilitating strategic choices.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices and component reuse within architectural practices.
• Client Engagement: Understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions supporting digital transformation.
• Technology Advocacy: Stay updated on technological trends and advocate for their adoption.
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Extensive Experience: Proven track record as an IT architect, with expertise in governance, innovation, and cloud strategies.
• Architectural Expertise: Deep knowledge in designing scalable, secure architectures across platforms.
• Agile Collaboration: Effective collaboration with agile teams, reviewing and improving application architecture.
• Technical Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed technical documentation.
• Risk Management: Ability to identify and mitigate risks in system solutions.
• API and Microservices: Experience in designing REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Cloud and Infrastructure: Hands-on experience with cloud/on-premise infrastructures and SDLC pipelines.
• System Integration: Expertise in system integration, SLA definition, and architectural principles.
• Component Reusability & CI/CD: Focused on reusable components, with extensive CI/CD and DevSecOps experience, especially on Azure or AWS.
• Software Design Principles: Strong principles in software design, stability, and performance optimization.
• Application Testing: Knowledge of testing, diagnosis, and performance tuning.
• SaaS Integration: Experience with SaaS solutions integration.
• Technical Proficiency: Broad knowledge of software, hardware, and programming languages.
